Conferencing Center
A large conference and training center seating 56 people, along with a traditional 14-person conference room, are both available for tenant use. In addition, both conference centers are equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment and a kitchenette for catering services.
Tenant Lounge & Corridor Upgrades
Located in the lobby on the first floor, the new WiFi enabled lounge will give tenants the ability to step away from their desk into a more relaxed environment. A fresh, modern look to the elevators, lobbies, corridors and restrooms including upgraded lighting, paint and fixtures.
Food Service
A new style of modern dining, offering a quick grab-and-go option for our tenants. Also, tenants can enjoy our relaxing seating area for the convenience of dining without leaving the property.
Building Systems
New chillers and automation system have been installed at the property, in addition to the upgraded domestic water pumps, electrical controls system, fire pumps, emergency generator transfer switches system, stairwell pressurization system and full elevator modernization.
