The renovations are now complete!
1455 West Loop South has undergone some major renovations and we are so excited to share those with you! The building has added a large conference and training center seating 56 people, along with a traditional 14-person conference room, which are both available for tenant use. In addition, both conference centers are equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment and a kitchenette for catering services. The first floor lobby is home to the new WiFi enabled lounge giving tenants the ability to step away from their desk into a more relaxed environment. Upgraded lighting, paint and fixtures enhance the fresh, modern look and feel to the elevators, lobbies, corridors and restrooms. The building now has a new style of modern dining which offers tenants a quick grab-and-go, relaxing and convenient lunch option.
Last but not least, new chillers and automation system have been installed at the property, in addition to the upgraded domestic water pumps, electrical controls system, fire pumps, emergency generator transfer switches system, stairwell pressurization system and full elevator modernization.
