Exterior
Our grounds include a water feature and park-like setting, along with a front, rear and side door passenger drop off. The building is accessible via first floor covered walkways, and the second floor sky bridge connecting tenants to parking garage. The building, lobby and garage are monitored by an on-site courtesy officer and cameras. On-site auto detailing is also available in our parking garage for tenant use only.

 

Interior
Rectangular, efficient floor plates with floor-to-ceiling glass offers flexibility for large tenant customization, or creative solutions for tenants needing smaller space. The building is fully sprinklered, and has a stairwell pressurization system. Unique radiant red and Texas pink granite walls and floor in the lobby enhances the luxurious feel the moment you step into the building. Building technology includes dedicated riser, fiber optics; redundant feeds to building. Newly remodeled lobby’s, corridors and restrooms create a bright, elegant and modern feel.
